I usually avoid fast burger joints but was pulled into a Carl's and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it was fast food burgers etc. but simply beat the pants off the bigger chains (McD/BK/Wendy). Mr. Fiumano "trimmed the fat" if you will by terminating those employees who didn't work to his expectations. When Mr. Fiumano managed the restaurant, the service was impeccable and so was the atmosphere which made the meal all the more wonderful. Unfortunately, Mr. Wilhelm's ego got in the way because Dionysius Fiumano did what he could not. While walking up the door was opened for me and i felt like a guest right away, the host greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm invite in. i was seated quickly in this beautiful room they call the wine cellar. This room was well designed with matching decor.I was then greeted with a server who was very helpful and when i asked questions about the menu was able to tell me all the info i needed to help me pick out the perfect entree. the overall night was beautiful and fun and without a second guess i will be back to the best restaurant in orange county.
