Their salt & pepper lobster are the best seafood dish that I have tried in town. It was so crispy & the taste was so good that I can't stop until the last bite. Their waiter are very helpful & friendly to me & my family. Their fine wine list also impress me so much, I think no where in town can compare with their incredible price. I went to this restaurant since I moved to Las Vegas in 2001, I love this restaurant because they can always maintain a very good service & food quality, I never been disappointed over there. What they brought me was almost raw! When I asked the waiter to take it back, he got an annoyed attitude and actually argued with me about what "medium" is, as if I've never ordered meat before. When it returned the meat was smashed and carelessly thrown on the bun. Who knows what they did to it in the kitchen. I was disgusted with the attitude of this server. A horrible experience!
