I ate at the Bellagio Buffet twice in May 2009. The food is far beyond what I expected from any buffet, regardless of price. Salads are much better thsn any other buffer with crisp, fresh, vegetables, tasty toppings, and super dressings. Duck lovers will appreciate the duck confit, which was very well prepared.
